Milestone!
It has recently been announced that ColPro will continue its business activities from a brand new location in Almelo as of mid 2021. In the mean time, the preparations for the new ColPro building on the Twente Noord business park are already at full speed. In Almelo North a new, sustainable production hall of no less than 4,200 square metres will be built with indoor offices and a spacious outdoor area on a plot totaling more than 8,000 square metres.
The building will be built with a construction of used wooden trusses and purlins that were released during the demolition of Harders Plaza in Harderwijk. This will create a circular building. In addition, a large part of the roof will be fitted with solar panels and an air heating installation, so that the building will not only be circular but also gas-free and therefore very sustainable.
We regret to leave Vroomshoop, after more than 20 years under the name OFK and then more than 30 years under the name ColPro, where we started small and have grown into what we are today. Our customers and clients will of course remain very welcome at our new location.
From the new location, ColPro will continue and expand the already existing activities in order to serve its customers even better! We will keep you informed about the developments.
